Ms. Kellie Mahoney – Director

Hello, Mindhaven families! I’m Ms. Kellie, the director at Mindhaven Academy. I’ve worked in early childhood education since 2002, including 15 years as a teacher at my previous center. I earned my CDA in early childhood at Roosevelt University and have always dreamed of being a full-time assistant director. Mindhaven Academy has given me the opportunity to make that dream come true!

Ms. Jenny – Assistant Teacher

Hello, my name is Ms. Jenny. I’m an assistant teacher here at Mindhaven Academy and currently a college student at MCC. I’m thrilled to be part of such an incredible team. I’m passionate about creating a space where learning, strong relationships, and accomplishment shine.

Fun Facts: I have a 3-year-old Pomeranian, love making desserts, and I’m bilingual.

Ms. Amya – Assistant Teacher

Hi, I’m Ms. Amya! I have four years of experience in childcare and recently earned my AA degree from CLC. I’m currently preparing to attend Northeastern Illinois University for my bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. I’m so excited to be a part of your child’s learning journey at Mindhaven Academy!

Ms. Brianna – Teacher

Hi, I’m Ms. Brianna! I’m thrilled to join Mindhaven Academy this year as an assistant teacher. I bring three years of experience in childcare and as a private nanny, along with my ongoing studies in Early Childhood Education. I’m passionate about creating fun and engaging learning opportunities for kids, and I can’t wait to help your child grow and thrive.
